Orkan has 73 self service gas stations around Iceland and offers low price fuel. At Orkan you pay at the pump before fuelling. All pumps are self-service and open 24/7. We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple and Google pay with your smart phone at the pump.

Orkan aims to offer the lowest fuel price in all areas around Iceland and selected parts of the capital area. With Orkan card, you get 12kr discount per liter and kWh and free coffee around Iceland on stations that offer services.
Start by connecting charging cable to your vehicle.
Next place credit card, mobile phone or Orkan card towards the scanner at the payment machine to activate charging. You can monitor charging status on the charging screen.
When your vehicle is charged, stop the charging on the charging screen and remove the charging cable from the vehicle. Enjoy your ride in Iceland!

Yes, you can pump fuel at all of our stations 24/7 but note, they are self-service.

This is not a claim on your credit card but only an automatic authorization of payment. An authorization of payment is required when you use a self-service fuel pump at a gas station with contactless. 30.000kr automatic authorization of payment is always taken when paid with a phone.

Our customers can pay with Netgíró at all Orkan stations, both inside the shops and at the pump. You simply scan the bar code in the Netgíró app to the bar code scanner at the pump.

Yes. At Orkan EV charging stations you can pay with all major credit- and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay and Orkan key.
Yes, we offer one CHAdeMO plug at each station.
Our full-service stations accept all debit and credit cards. However, our self-service stations only accept cards with a security pin. If you don´t have a card with a security pin, you can apply for Orkan card to your Apple/Google wallet here and attach your pin less card to pump.
